    We do also work with clients outside of the West Midlands. Contact us to discuss your location, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

At Neat Life Co., we work alongside you to organise your belongings, maximise storage, and create spaces that work for everyday family life — not just look tidy for a day.

  • Not at all. Our approach is gentle and judgement-free. We’re here to reveal all your lovely things — not necessarily get rid of them. You stay in control of what goes, and we help you make thoughtful decisions at your own pace. If you do decide it’s time to let something go, we can help recycle, donate, or even sell your items. We will always avoid taking anything to landfill whenever possible.

  • Yes. And offices too. We offer full relocation support, including packing, careful labelling, unpacking, and organising your new home or office. We can handle as much or as little as you need, making your move smoother and far less stressful.

    Many clients book us to unpack too and set up their kitchen, wardrobes, children’s rooms, and storage spaces so everything has a place from day one. It helps you settle in quickly without living out of boxes.

  • A room reset focuses on improving how a space works for your family. We declutter, reorganise layouts, and create practical storage systems to make everyday life easier — especially in busy areas like kitchens, playrooms, and hallways.

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving.

  • Yes. Our home lifestyle concierge service provides help with household admin and personal tasks, such as booking appointments, organising paperwork, managing to-do lists, and general home organisation. It’s like having an extra pair of hands when life gets busy.

  • We offer a sustainable recycling and rehoming service. Wherever possible, items are donated to charity, recycled responsibly, or sold on to give them a second life. We aim to keep as much as possible out of landfill.

  • Every home is different. Sessions typically last between 3–6 hours, and larger projects can be booked over multiple days. We’ll always discuss a clear plan and timeframe before we start.

  • Not at all — and please don’t worry! We’re used to working with homes exactly as they are. There’s no judgement, just practical, friendly support.

  • Definitely. Many of our clients are busy families. We specialise in creating simple, realistic systems that are easy to maintain and work with everyday life — toys, school bags, and all.

We appreciate how much your home and how you live in it evolves over time, especially when little ones arrive and your family grows. Space gets filled quickly with ‘stuff’, and it can feel overwhelming and like you just don’t have the room. But we’re here to help sort it all for you, so you can focus on the things that matter most.

  • Pricing depends on the size of the space and the level of support you need. Most clients book sessions by the hour or half-day, with larger projects (such as full home declutters or moving house support) quoted individually.   • Yes, client confidentiality is extremely important to us. All information shared is treated with the utmost discretion. We hold DBS checks, and our client contracts include non-disclosure agreements for complete peace of mind.
